How do I place a order?

*Our office hours are, 8AM-4PM, M-F PST( USA). You can use our online store to place an order, or Email us to place an order, or call us directly. International order placing works best via email, or by using our online store, due to the time change around the world. We ship orders worldwide, large or small.

*How do we ship out orders?

*All orders shipped inside the USA, ship via fed-ex . All international orders are shipped via us postal service. Engines and large parts orders ship via truck or air freight. Most online orders ship in 5 to 10 business days.*

*What payment methods do we accept?

We accept, Visa-Master card, pay pal, checks, and wire transfer. All International orders that are charged to a credit card, will have a delay with shipping. Do to credit card fraud theft globally, all credit card orders, will be allowed to clear against fraud and theft, allow approximately 14 days for cards to clear.

*I have some used  engine parts or heads, new parts , new heads, ect,

 I would like to have machined, or rebuilt.  What is the cost and wait time?

As of 2011, We no longer port (used) Type 1 Type 4 cylinder heads by hand.

All of our type 1 cylinder heads, are new head castings, and are ported on a 5 axis cnc machine. All of our cnc programs are designed to port our new cylinder head castings.
We do rebuild cylinder heads and do machine work on customers  heads. We also perform machinig on engine cases, connectiong rods, pistons, balance engine assembles ect, call or email us for a quote.

*What are the wait times for custom projects?

Time frames vary year round for Custom Projects., we build every engine for the customers order . We are not a rush production shop that subs out machine work and bolts parts together in a 1 week, and  ships the engine out.

DRD is a fully equipped custom engine and custom head building machine shop, fully equipped to build engines, engine kits, cylinder heads, and perform R@D work. We work on a first come first serve basis, and the wait times vary. DRD RACING HEADS is usally booked 6-9  months out, on engines and projects year round. We build a limited amount of engines projects each year, so call or E-mail us for a delivery time estimate on engines,  custom projects. If your in a rush, for a engine, we are sorry we can’t help you out.

*Do we offer a Warranty on our Engines or Parts?

* Do to the nature of aftermarket high performance parts and engines, there are no warranty offered on parts or engines. The engines and parts we deal with, are used for high performance applications, and can be pushed beyond the design limits, resulting in part failure. You probably will not find any high end engine builder offering a warranty on a performance engine, and if you do, the warranty is worth the paper is written on. All turnkey engines we build, are dyno tuned at our shop and are ran for approx 3 hours of run time, to insure proper break in and operation. We do offer a warranty on parts defect, due to manufacturing or workmanship defect, upon receiving the part, parts claims must be made within 7 days of receiving parts, or defective parts claims are void. We will replace the part if found defective. DRD will not pay for return shipping on defective parts.

*What is our company sales policy and cancelation policy?

* All sales are FINAL and  as is condition, No Warranty, No Return on any products
sold by DRD Racing Heads LLC.  DRD RACING HEADS LLC will not
assume any liability or injury what so ever, on any products sold by DRD RACING
HEADS LLC. Products sold by DRD Racing Heads LLC, are intended for Hi
performance use, and off road use only, use these products at your own risk.

All Engines, and Custom orders, require
a 50% down deposit of the invoice total.  If this order is canceled by the
customer, the customers deposit is none refundable to the customer, NO ACCEPTIONS.*

*We offer technical support on any products sold DRD RACING HEADS LLC.
