How do I place a order? .
*We are open 8AM-4PM, M-F PST. You can call and place an order, or Email us to place an order. International order placing works best via email, due to the time change around the world, allow up to 24 hours for a response from your sent email. If you call us, and you get our answering machine, leave a message, and will get back to you.

*How do we ship out parts?
*Most parts shipped in the USA, ship via fed-ex or us postal service. All international orders are shipped via us postal service*

*What payment methods do we accept?
We accept, Visa-Master Card, pay pal, checks, and wire transfer.

*What are the wait times for custom engines and parts?
Time frames vary year round, we build every engine for the customers application, so we are not a production shop that bolts parts together so to speak. We are a engine and head building machine shop, fully equipped to build engines and heads. We work on a first come first serve basis, and the wait times vary. Most heads will be on the shelf ready to ship out, Call or E-mail us for a delivery estimate on engines,heads and custom parts.

*Do we offer a Warranty on our Engines or parts?
* Do to the nature of aftermarket high performance parts and engines, there are no warranty offered on parts or engines. The engines and parts we deal with, are used for high performance application, and can be pushed beyond the design limits, resulting in part failure. You probally will not find any High end engine builder offering a warranty on a performance engine, and if you do,the warranty is worth the paper is written on. All the engines we build, are dyno tunned at our shop and are ran for approx 3 hours of run time, to insure proper break in and operation. We do offer a warranty on parts defect, due to manufacturing or workmanship defect, upon receiving the part, parts claims must be made with in 7 days of receiving parts, or defective parts claims are voided. We offer complete technical support on any product sold DRD RACING HEADS, so if you have questions, ask away.
